    flour 700g
    2 eggs
    sugar 2st l
    margarine or butter 100g

    cabbage 600-700g
    onion
    carrot

    Preparation

    Dough

    milk, yeast, sugar, salt

    After 20 minutes, add the melted margarine and eggs. Add the flour. Knead for 10 minutes and leave in a warm place for 2 hours

    Filling

    Shred cabbage. Fry onions for 5 minutes, then carrots, another 5 minutes, then cabbage. Add a glass of water and simmer for 15 minutes.

    When the dough is ready, stretch it out, put the filling in the middle, fold it over, turn the pie over, and roll it out a little. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds

    Bake up and down at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes
