Potatoes with lard

    Potatoes (preferably of equal size)
    Lard

    Preparation

    Cut potatoes in halves and lay them on 0,5 foil, make grid cuts and put pieces of lard on top. Cover with foil with the edges wrapped.

    Bake for 30 blinks at 240 degrees, then unwrap and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
